Salary: Established representatives earn $100k-$200k+

Technical Sales Representatives live and work in their assigned region, championing Red Built™’s products across the AEC (Architects, Engineers, Contractors) community. You’ll develop long‑term relationships, influence project specifications, and support structural framing solutions from concept through completion.

• Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
• Conduct lunch‑and‑learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals
• Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts
• Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with Red Built™ offerings
• Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM
• Represent Red Built™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows
• Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity

• Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems
• Proven ability to read blueprints and design structural framing concepts
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business (Commensurate experience in these fields will be considered)
• Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community or commercial construction sector
