Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and pets by name and provide a welcoming front desk experience.
- Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our practice management software.
- Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions, and billing.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure client-facing areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in animal care and client service.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
