Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or eligible in General Surgery
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of general surgical procedures
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Licensure and certification to practice in the relevant state(s)

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in emergency or trauma surgery
• Advanced certifications or specialized training in minimally invasive techniques
• Previous experience in a hospital or trauma center environment
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience as a practicing general surgeon
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable medical licenses and certifications
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (Monday through Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm, on a one-week-on, one-week-off basis)
• Excellent documentation and compliance records
• Travel and licensure reimbursement available when applicable
