Internal Medicine Physician

Our client, located in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, is offering an exciting opportunity to establish a new practice in Atlanta proper, close to your home base. They are seeking an Internal Medicine physician with strong outpatient primary care experience and the drive to get a new practice up and running. This is a Monday through Friday position with no weekend requirements, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

The clinical focus will be on managing chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care. Compensation includes a highly competitive base salary with excellent benefits, along with a productivity bonus structure based on total physician collections, creating the potential to earn $400K or more by your second or third year.
