• Implement Montessori principles and practices to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, collaboration, and independence.
• Observe and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s educational journey and well-being.

• Montessori Certification for Primary Education (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience in a Montessori setting or with young children is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to Montessori philosophy and practices.
