Job Summary: Support the sales team by creating proposals, tracking the cost of a project, understanding customer specifications, and proposing a final price for a project. The role also involves reporting weekly project bidding and supporting other aspects of awarded projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weekly project bidding / take offs
• Creating labeled and organized bid folders for all projects
• Project submittals (new and revised) with Bluebeam software
• Change orders for returned/revised submittals
• RFI reviews/responses

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Estimator position, this job requires working in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
