A company is looking for a Budget Analyst with expertise in federal government budgeting and financial systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze budgets to provide real-time financial status and insights
Assist service owners with planning, tracking, and forecasting revenue and expenses
Prepare Purchase Request packages and maintain financial documentation and processes
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 8 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
6 years of general experience, including 3 years in budgeting or a similar field
Experience with federal government commitments, obligations, and expenditures
Familiarity with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) and G-invoicing
Proficient in government financial systems and expert-level Excel skills for financial analysis
