Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  - Decatur, GA

A full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) contract position is available for the spring semester at a K‑12 school in the Atlanta area, starting January 7, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2026. The contract involves direct therapy services with a 35‑hour weekly schedule (Monday‑Friday) at a single assigned school. Strict adherence to scheduled hours with no overtime is required.

Location:

One school in the Atlanta area (Centennial Academy), central location for easy commute.

Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • Active Speech‑Language Pathologist licensure for Georgia
  • Active Georgia Department of Education certification
  • Experience providing direct therapy services in a K‑12 school setting
  • Must be an SLP; SLPA candidates will not be considered
  • Commitment to working full‑time for the entire contract period
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Adhere strictly to the 35‑hour weekly schedule with no overtime
