Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is seeking a well‑experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in‑home support to clients across the Metro Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a professional who is dependable, compassionate, and experienced in assisting seniors with daily living tasks while providing companionship and meaningful engagement.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and support adherence to daily routines
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration and balanced nutrition
• Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and cognitive stimulation
• Ensure client safety and comfort during all interactions
• Communicate with office staff regarding client updates and care notes

• Previous PCA or caregiving experience required
• Strong knowledge of ADLs and senior care needs
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations across Metro Atlanta
• Clear TB test results
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, patient, professional, and well‑organized
