With a competitive base salary, origination bonuses, and performance-based incentive pay, high achievers can earn $500,000+ annually, all while advancing a mission-driven practice that prioritizes client care, compassion, and community service.

  • A dedicated litigation POD
  • Paralegals, case managers, and international support
  • Modern case management systems and litigation technology

What You’ll Do
  • Lead personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, from intake to trial.
  • Drive trial strategy, motion practice, mediation, and negotiation.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing POD with both domestic and international team members.
  • Craft and execute strategic case plans using advanced litigation resources.
  • Advocate fiercely for clients in the courtroom and across pretrial forums.
  • Help strengthen the firm’s reputation for excellence, compassion, and results.
  • Contribute to shaping a collaborative, mission-aligned legal culture.
Compensation $200,000 - $300,000 yearly + origination bonuses + incentives (high performers regularly earn $500K+). Responsibilities
