J. G. Boyd Law is a family law litigation firm. We are seeking a passionate, driven individual to assist our lawyers with case management, discovery, analysis, and production work.

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Paralegal experience: 2 years
• Strong computer skills

• Prepare files for mediation and/or trial, host negotiations, draft orders and settlement documents.
• Draft discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, settlement offers, and affidavits.
• Draft motions and responses, briefs, pre‑trial orders and initial pleadings; issue subpoenas.
• Prepare domestic relations financial affidavits, child support worksheets, and marital balance sheets.

• Positive attitude toward finding answers, learning new things, and helping people.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Enjoyment working with new technology and case management programs.
• Team player who can perform outstandingly under pressure.

• Salary – $40,000 – $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience); discretionary monthly bonuses available.
