We’re looking for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal injury. This person needs to be detail‑oriented, highly organized, assertive, self‑confident, emotionally mature, and self‑directed. This position is in person at our Decatur office.

This job is perfect for an attorney on the defense side who is tired of billing 2000+ hours a year. It is also a good fit for a plaintiff’s attorney who wants the high upside of plaintiff’s cases with a solid base. At our firm, you’ll make a good base salary with an option to earn bonuses. You’re going to litigate real, tough cases and get involved in case analysis, brief writing, valuation, and settlement.

You will work as part of a team where we make each other better lawyers.

We use technology and seek to improve it. We are a fully paperless law firm. We use Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive, Filevine, Slack, Loom, Zoom, and Clio. We use PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to present effective cases. You must be comfortable with technology and able to implement, refine, and build systems as needed.
