You will be supported by:
- A dedicated litigation POD
- Paralegals, case managers, and international support
- Modern case management systems and litigation technology
- Investigative, discovery, and trial preparation resources
$200,000 – $300,000 base salary, plus origination bonuses and additional incentives. Upside earning potential: high-achievers can earn $500,000+ annually.
Responsibilities- Lead high-value personal injury cases from intake through trial, owning both strategy and execution.
- Drive trial preparation, motion practice, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Mentor and develop a POD comprised of domestic and international professionals.
- Build and execute thoughtful, data-driven case strategies using advanced litigation resources.
- Advocate relentlessly for clients in courtrooms, mediations, and pretrial proceedings.
- Play a key role in elevating the firm’s reputation for results-driven, client-centered advocacy.
- Help shape a collaborative culture grounded in accountability, excellence, and purpose.
Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials as first or second chair
- Membership with the State Bar of Georgia
- Strong motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop legal teams
- Excellence in legal writing – a writing sample is required li>
Experience managing all phases of personal injury litigation
Preferred
- Additional bar memberships
- Appellate experience
- Demonstrated involvement in community, policy, or legal service initiatives
