As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing hands-on experience in marketing, communications, sales, and customer engagement.

• Represent client campaigns through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Build strong relationships with customers and community members by creating positive, engaging experiences
• Communicate campaign information, promotions, services, and key messaging clearly and confidently
• Educate individuals about the organizations, brands, and initiatives we represent
• Answer questions and provide accurate information while maintaining a professional approach
• Support daily marketing, outreach, and customer acquisition initiatives to help achieve campaign goals
• Work alongside team members and leadership to improve campaign performance and engagement
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer interactions and campaign results
• Maintain a professional image while representing Winning SZN and its clients

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, or communications is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Team-oriented with a positive and motivated attitude

• Weekly pay ($700-$1,500 range)
