As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing care provided to our residents. Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting your team’s growth and success.
- Patient Monitoring:
Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to ensure the best care. - Collaboration:
Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans for each patient. - Procedures & Documentation:
Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date patient charts. - Medication & Treatment Administration:
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. - Leadership & Support:
Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a high standard of care.
- Active RN/LPN License in the State of Georgia.
- Experience:
At least 3 years of prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting. - Leadership:
Proven ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a team of nursing professionals. - Compassion & Dedication: A passion for providing exceptional care to residents and supporting a positive work environment.
