Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• RN L&D – Full-Time Days | Float Team | Atlanta, GA

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for ante-, intra-, and post-partum patients.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
• Administer medications, prep patients for procedures, and maintain sterile technique.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity to patients and families.
• Ensure quality and safety through proper verification, adherence to protocols, and error-free documentation.
• Mentor and precept team members while staying up to date on required competencies.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-procedure expectations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Licenses & Certifications: RN (Single-State or Multi-State Compact), BLS, ACLS, NRP; national specialty certification preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of recent, direct L&D nursing in a hospital setting.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, effective communication, teamwork, and calmness in emergencies.
