American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department (ER I) position requiring a GA or compact RN license and ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
Details- Work in the Emergency Department setting
- 3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week with a 30-minute meal break
- Every other weekend required
- Floating as needed to the Clinical Decision Unit
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
- Current ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum of 18 months of recent experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory Healthcare perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
