Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
- Function in scrub and/or circulating roles within the operating room environment
- Support surgical teams during orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurological procedures
- Monitor patient safety, maintain sterile technique, and adhere to facility protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient surgical workflow
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia or compact eligibility
- Minimum 18 months of Operating Room nursing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurosurgical cases
- BLS certification required
- Experience in a high-volume acute care surgical setting
- Familiarity with a wide range of surgical specialties beyond core requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced OR environment
