Duties And Responsibilities- Follow inspection procedures for incoming material.
- Ensure incoming material meets criteria as specified by drawings or procedures.
- Perform visual checks to verify product meets Utility cosmetic standards.
- Follow audit plans per AQL standards for all incoming material.
- Create reports and present them to the Material Review Board (MRB) on all non-conforming material or actions.
- Assist with the creation of Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR).
- All other duties as assigned by Utility Quality Assurance Manager.
- +2 years of experience with QA Inspection.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and create assembly procedures and/or work instructions.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as organized presentation.
- Use of basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometer, hole gauges, scales, microscope…).
