Bonus Program:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a bonus payout based on restaurant performance.

• Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Perform inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction with friendliness and quality.

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges as follows:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
