Position Summary: A Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and selling techniques. Key duties include product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge, meet customer needs, and build relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, outgoing impression to customers and demonstrate enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Follow all company policies.
• Participate in service training and product programs.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restocks, and ensure adequate size representation.
• Help prevent theft by employees and customers.
• Keep the sales environment neat and organized.
• Assist in maintaining store organization as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge: Excellent command of English, basic fashion trend knowledge, problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills for providing excellent service and maintaining inventory and store standards.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work extended hours during critical phases, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is required.
