• Adhere to the structured sales process during inbound sales calls
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and empathy towards customer needs
• Overcome customer objections and close sales with new and former customers

• Highly motivated and determined with a strong sales drive
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to manage rejection and continue to pursue sales
• Willingness to follow a structured sales process
• Reliable transportation for work-related duties

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking
• Strong ability to build rapport with customers quickly
• Experience with cold calling or following up on leads
