Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist Access

LHH is seeking compassionate and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Health Insurance Enrollment Specialists
. In this role, you will help individuals and families understand their health insurance options and successfully enroll in coverage through Georgia Access and other health insurance programs.

This is a mission-driven opportunity focused on improving access to healthcare and supporting underserved communities. Unlike traditional insurance roles, this is not a sales position
. There are no cold calls, sales quotas, or commission requirements. Instead, you will serve as a trusted resource, helping consumers navigate coverage options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes.

• Educate consumers on health insurance plans, coverage options, and program eligibility
• Assist individuals and families with enrollment through Georgia Access and other health insurance programs
• Guide consumers through applications and required documentation
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, premiums, and enrollment timelines
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
• Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of enrollment requirements
