As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter security‑related incidents. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities, as you will primarily be on patrol in a vehicle.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and authorizations as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• Must have at least 5 years of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
