School-Based Health Clinic Safety and Operations Coordinator

Join Med Cura Health as a School-Based Health Clinic Safety and Operations Coordinator and play a vital role in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment within our school-based clinics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the well-being of students, staff, and visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible and approachable presence within school-based clinics to promote safety and orderliness.
Monitor designated areas to ensure a secure environment for all clinic visitors and staff.
Guide student movement throughout the clinic to facilitate efficient flow and reduce congestion.
Address low-level behavioral concerns using non-clinical, conflict-resolution approaches to promote a positive environment.
Enforce established safety procedures and protocols consistently across clinic settings.
Collaborate closely with school personnel, clinic leadership, and the Operations team to coordinate daily activities and safety measures.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety supplies within the clinic.
Support emergency response procedures and report safety issues promptly.

Skills and

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in safety, conflict resolution, or related fields preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and visitors.
Strong observational skills and the ability to respond calmly to behavioral or safety concerns.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and school communities.
