Empire Heating & Air Conditioning of Atlanta, GA is hiring a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician to install, service, and maintain HVAC systems in homes and commercial buildings. The role includes providing leadership to other technicians.

We offer competitive pay, ranging from $26-$34.50 per hour based on experience, plus uncapped commission. Benefits include performance incentives, profit sharing, health and dental insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k), paid holidays and vacations, a fleet of company vehicles, uniforms, and at least 40 hours of training annually. We also provide a signing bonus or relocation assistance.

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday 8a-6p with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform installation and service tasks
• Leadership skills
