The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for an electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and company policies. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to support cost control, inventory accuracy, and informed decision‑making.

• Manage and supervise general accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure timely and accurate close processes.
• Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), and margin analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, BOMs, routings, and production variances; partner with operations to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis; provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, support audits and filings.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures; document and improve processes.
• Manage ERP accounting modules, support system enhancements and data integrity.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff; set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth.
