Launch your career with ADM’s Virtual Immersive Summit. At ADM, we are committed to providing exceptional learning opportunities that foster growth and career development. Our Immersive Summit is a virtual, day-long program taking place in May 2026
. The program is designed for first- and second-year students to explore ADM’s diverse career paths. This virtual experience will offer a comprehensive look into our key business functions and how they drive ADM's global operations and contribute to the company's success.

Throughout the day, you will:

• Gain insights into ADM’s business functions and the vital role each function plays in driving global impact. Choose a functional area to explore through interactive breakout sessions. Participate in professional development workshops on Linked In branding, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Engage with ADM leaders and peers to expand your professional network.
• Learn how to position yourself for a Summer 2027 internship at ADM.

• Explore diverse career opportunities across multiple departments and functional areas at ADM.
• Participate in hands-on workshops and professional development sessions.
• Gain valuable insights into ADM’s global operations and culture.
• Engage virtually with top professionals across various functions.

• First- or second-year student at a U.S. university (expected graduation: May 2028–December 2029).
• Strong academic performance and leadership involvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in one of the following functions:
  Operations, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Nutrition

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
