Seeking an experienced Procurement Category Specialist to support MRO services sourcing and contractor management in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment. This role partners cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Safety, HR, Legal, and Compliance to ensure supplier compliance, effective sourcing, and risk mitigation
.
- Contractor onboarding and compliance
- Support sourcing events
- Analyze supplier proposals and spend data
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Manage supplier performance
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes
- 8+ years professional experience (4+ in procurement/purchasing)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and eProcurement systems
- Experience with MRO services and contractor‑based sourcing preferred
