Lead initiatives to ensure precise inventory data integrity across our manufacturing operations, supporting production efficiency and compliance with global standards. Oversee inventory accuracy processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize material flow.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and material requirements teams to ensure accurate on‑site inventory management.
- Develop and continuously improve logistical processes to ensure accurate movement and material transactions.
- Manage count and reconciler teams to meet corporate standards for inventory count programs.
- Define and share inventory record accuracy strategy and glidepath with facility and business resources stakeholders.
- Support audit activities with internal and external auditing bodies to ensure processes meet compliance requirements.
- Data Gathering & Analysis:
Ability to collect and synthesize data from multiple stakeholders to reach conclusions. - Inventory Management – MFG:
Ability to manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods. - Supply Chain Management – MFG:
Ability to develop and use strategies, practices, and tools for controlling logistical processes.
- APICS/CPIM certification.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
