Part-Time Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Derrick Elzey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Highlighted focus on Tier 1 Service and Financial Service Admin Support
  • Handle unlicensed/clerical activities (not an exhaustive list)
  • Answer the telephone
  • Answer billing questions
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Scan and attach documents to customer accounts
• Initiate contact with a prospect or customer for the purpose of recording future x‑dates or setting appointments to talk with a licensed and authorized producer or be transferred to a licensed and authorized producer.

• Be available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
