Member Service Representative; Decatur, IL

Come join an exciting, fast-growing company that is 100% member owned! We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of the credit union, assisting members and potential members with financial transactions, answering inquires, and promoting our products and services. • Greet and assist members and potential members with financial transactions.
• Provide accurate information about credit union products and services including some of the highest tech banking solutions available.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services to members.
• Assist with account maintenance
• Handle cash and reconcile daily transactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all members.
• Become a product knowledge expert to help members get more value and convenience out of their financial experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months previous experience in banking, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays, as needed.
