Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Berlin, MD is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join their team.
Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Manager with Derrick Elzey – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community.
Responsibilities- Tier 1 Service and Financial Service Admin Support
- Handle unlicensed/clerical activities (not exhaustive)
- Answer the telephone and billing questions
- Respond to customer requests
- Scan and attach documents to customer accounts
- Initiate contact with prospects or customers to schedule appointments or transfer to a licensed producer.
- Hourly pay $17.00 – $18.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
- Training and personal development during weekly meetings

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening); bilingual speaker preferred.
- Strong interest in insurance and financial products.
- People‑oriented, self‑motivated, proactive in problem solving.

- Available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Required to be a state‑licensed agent (if applicable) and to complete any applicable licensing and training programs.
