- Biopsy (Nerve, Muscle) - EEG, EMG, NCV, Evoked Potentials - Radiologic Exam Interpretation - Pain Mgmt, Sleep Studies, Dyability Eval - EMR:
Epic - Hospital Privileges required:
Yes - Temporary Privileges available:
Yes - Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered
- Active IL License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- BLS, ACLS
