Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The role involves applying engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production. You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to support assembly lines and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze time, motion, and methods to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Develop and maintain:
- Process visual aids and flow diagrams
- PFMEAs and Control Plans
- Provide first-responder support for assembly line issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare charts, diagrams, and layouts for workflow and machine utilization.
- Create purchase requisitions, tool orders, and requests for estimates.
- Perform time studies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical
Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, create engineering drawings, and use CAD software. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation integration, and Pinpoint programming.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Split between office and factory floor (PPE required).
- High interaction with team members and assembly workers.
