Fulltime Permanent with AXISCADES

Work with manufacturing team or end customer and packaging design team to bring out a best packaging design to meet New Model launch metrics such as Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost as well Sustainable.

• Coordinates packaging approval between design and end user.
• Coordinating agreement with Supply Chain on Returnable packaging loop size/inventory and drives procurement through standard process.
• Achieving new model launch metrices, score card etc.
• Coordinating between supplier and cross functional team for design approval conducts proto validation and get sign-off from stake holders.
• Identifying cost reduction and sustainability opportunities with support from a cross functional team.

• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Level Working Knowledge:
  Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent. Resolves common customer problems. Responds to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action. Provides direct service to internal or external customers. Documents customer complaints in a timely manner.

• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.
• Level Working Knowledge:
  Delivers helpful feedback that focuses on behaviours without offending the recipient. Listens to feedback without defensiveness and uses it for own communication effectiveness. Makes oral presentations and writes reports needed for own work. Avoids technical jargon when inappropriate. Looks for and considers non-verbal cues from individuals and groups.

• Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
• Level Basic Understanding:
  Uses a structured approach in analyzing and resolving technical problems. Seeks opportunities for continual learning to maintain technical competence in pursuit of technical excellence. Provides examples or case studies demonstrating technical excellence in actual business scenarios. Pursues, prepares for and assumes new technical assignments and challenges.

• Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate and test product design drafts.
• Level Basic Understanding:
  Describes common drafting conventions, tools, procedures and processes. Explains usage of CAD/CAM software in engineering new products. Locates useful resources to improve CAD/CAM skills. Identifies basic functions and features of a CAD/CAM system.
