Responsible for various task‑related financial record keeping and supporting financial functions. This includes but is not limited to recording transactions, preparing reconciliations and maintaining accurate records. Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Bank policies/procedures.

• Perform General Ledger account balancing, including Fed Balancing, Teller Balancing, ATM Balancing, and Loan Balancing
• Reconciliations including Positive Pay and Correspondent Banks
• Cross train with others in the department
• Projects as assigned to assist the accounting department
• Assist other departments in research and problem resolution

• Possess understanding of Microsoft Office primarily Excel and Word
• Accuracy in performing data entry and delivering on strict deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member and a willingness to help others

• High School diploma required
• Prior bank experience preferred
• Experience and/or classes in accounting a plus

The salary range provided represents the anticipated starting pay for this position. Individual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to role requirements and responsibilities, related experience, education, qualifications, and internal equity.
