• Full-time, 4 days per week, Days shift, 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population within an acute care hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and plan adjustments using Cerner charting system.
• Float within scope to different units or affiliate facilities as needed, ensuring continuous patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Valid Illinois state license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and float as required.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Social Security Number (SSN) at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma center or acute care hospital.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
• Willingness to work holiday shifts as required.
