About Us

We are a busy eye care practice looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping with scheduling, registration, insurance, and general office tasks.

This is a full-time opportunity.

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and update records
• Verify insurance, process payments, and assist with billing
• Maintain accurate patient files while following HIPAA guidelines
• Handle phone calls, faxes, and other administrative tasks
• Keep the front desk area clean and welcoming

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting
• Team player with a positive attitude
• We value experience but will train the right candidate!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform basic office tasks
• Occasional travel between practice locations (if needed)

Pay Range Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $17.00 - $20.00 / hour
