Wines Manager — We are seeking to recruit a Wines Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep passion for wine, commercial insight, and a drive to deliver excellence across our product portfolio and client relationships.

• Manage and develop the wine category within the company’s portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international wineries and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze wine market trends to drive sales and innovation.
• Oversee wine selection, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on product launches and brand positioning.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and clients on wine knowledge and service.
• Coordinate wine events, tastings, and trade shows.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a wine-focused role (retail, distribution, or hospitality).
• Strong product knowledge; WSET qualified.
• Commercially savvy with experience in procurement and sales strategy.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about wine and customer engagement.
