Your RoleAs a Multi-Unit Team Leader
, you’ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You’ll lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed. This role is in-person and not remote.
- Front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates across three offices
- Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve office growth objectives
- Lead daily team meetings, communicate essential information, and manage associate work schedules and timekeeping
- Travel between offices as required
- Prepare tax returns as needed, after successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders
- Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office growth plans and client growth targets
- Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions
- Conduct timely performance reviews and address performance concerns
- Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching
- Lead scheduling and labor management for all offices
- Travel between offices as required
- Tax knowledge or income tax course completion may be required for tax preparation
- People management experience with ability to develop associates
- Ability to lead growth plans and build a growth culture
- Strong decision-making, fast-paced adaptability, and minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience

The pay range is listed below; local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described by HR Block policies.
Pay Range
$15.00 - $40.00/hr
