Pay RangeBase pay range: $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr this range is provided by Prairie State Bank & Trust. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Position DetailsType:
Full-time / hourly
Shift: Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to maintain high service standards
- Conduct staff training through role-play, coaching, and regular feedback
- Promote bank products and services and support branch sales initiatives
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and follow up on outstanding issues
- Create and maintain effective schedules and coordinate time‑off coverage
- Monitor goals and performance metrics along with achieving organizational initiatives
- Support facility maintenance, branch security procedures, and audit readiness
- Encourage team involvement in bank-wide campaigns and initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Proven leadership experience in a banking or customer service environment
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
- Experience in teller operations and opening new accounts
- Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to coach and motivate a team toward individual and branch goals
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 3 years of progressively more responsible experience in a banking environment preferred
- Team lead, supervisory or management experience
