Residential Manager - CILA - DECATUR, IL at Risk Kinetics
Join our team at Developmental Foundations as a Residential Manager! Since 1986, our family‑owned company has managed neighborhood homes for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As Residential Manager
, you will oversee Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) to assure quality care and a positive environment for those living and working there.
- Hire, train, develop and coach staff
- Oversee and approve staff schedules and payroll reports
- Manage financial targets and records
- Lead communication with staff and resolve concerns to build positive work teams
- Partner with clinical services team to accomplish excellent client care
- 2 or more years of leadership experience in a CILA, long‑term care or other residential setting
- Supervisory experience
- ADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- High School or equivalent education

Salary: $61,000 per year
