** Full Time, Hourly Role Pay Rate: $22.92/hour, $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Shift(s) Available:
Must be available to work 1st shift 6A-4P or 2nd shift 4P-2A. Overtime, weekends, holidays mandatory as required.

* Position Summary:

** You will gain knowledge of the facility, general department knowledge, and handle tasks through completion of tasks and look for ways to improve the process and personal performance. Production is expected to perform a variety of jobs, tasks or duties as assigned.

* Job Description:

*** You can expect to be assigned to one of the following departments:
Blend or Warehouse
* Perform tasks including but not limited to;
General housekeeping which can consist of clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, oiling, greasing, lubrication, sample retrieval, power washing
* Material handling by utilizing moving or motorized equipment - fork truck
* Load, unload trucks by hand or with fork truck
* Accurately complete loading and product shipment paperwork
* Miscellaneous duties as needed or required to meet specific department and production needs
* You will be expected to show an ability to learn functions outside of the general laborer duties to help fill in for temporary or permanent vacancies in other roles (i.e. job classifications within the facility)
* Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture by possessing a safe working attitude, be an active participant in safety programs, learn and follow written rules and procedures, and produce accurate documentation

* Job Requirements:

*** Must be 18 years or older (Required)
* 1+ Year Forklift Operation experience (Required)
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an industrial environment is helpful
* Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
* You should have regular, prompt attendance
* Flexibility to change daily tasks as plant needs arise
* Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving aptitude
* Able to work independently, in a team, maintain a positive and respectful attitude, and be able to perform tasks in a timely manner
* Able to utilize independent judgment to tackle problems, have excellent organizational skills, and strive for continuous improvement
* Basic computer knowledge and general math comprehension
** On-The-Job Training Requirements:
*** New colleagues will need to undergo on-the-job training to acquire skills and certifications, which will be assessed according to established standards
