Sign-on Bonus:
Up to $20,000***

Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and performing nursing care with compassion for an assigned group of patients and their families, incorporating preventative measures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current registration or eligibility for licensure with the State of Illinois.
• Current Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Ability to complete unit-specific training and demonstrate competency.

Other requirements include knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and physical ability to perform job duties.

This position involves frequent exposure to blood and body fluids and requires physical stamina to lift and assist patients, as well as the ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
