Registered Nurse – Med-Surg and ER – Rotating Shift

Full-time – Rotating Days/Nights

Summary: This position is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients in the Emergency Department. The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers, including coordination and direct supervision of the shift and work area. Collaborates with internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an approved registered nursing program. Unrestricted Iowa or compact state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and current Dependent Adult/Child Abuse certification. Must also have PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
