• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and good standing RN or LPN license for the state of Illinois
• Long term care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills to work with residents, families and staff
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy
