Looking for a nursing schedule that gives you more full days away from work?

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a 12-hour rotating schedule. This position offers a predictable 2-2-3 style rotation, giving you built-in stretches of time off and every other weekend off.

Instead of working a traditional five-day schedule, you'll work approximately half the days of the year while maintaining a consistent full-time rotation.

• Monday & Tuesday – ON
• Wednesday & Thursday – OFF
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday – ON

• Monday & Tuesday – OFF
• Wednesday & Thursday – ON
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday – OFF

Then the rotation repeats.

That means you'll regularly have 2–3 consecutive days off, including every other three-day weekend.

As an RN with The Care Team Hospice, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care without the constant patient-to-patient pace of a traditional hospital or facility environment.

You’ll use your nursing skills to assess patients, manage symptoms, educate and support families, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and help patients remain comfortable wherever they call home.

You’ll have the independence of working in the field with the support of an experienced hospice team behind you.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
• Previous nursing experience required
• Hospice, Home Health, Palliative Care, Oncology, Med-Surg, ER, or other relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong assessment, symptom-management, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient/family education skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
