The Care Team Hospice in Decatur, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team on a 12-hour rotating schedule. This role features a predictable 2-2-3 rotation with built-in days off and every other weekend off.
You will assess patients, manage symptoms, educate families, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to keep patients comfortable at home or in the community. Enjoy field-based independence with the support of an experienced hospice team.
