We are hiring apart-time Nurse (RN of LPN) tojoin our compassionate team. This role is vital in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our participants and supporting their overall wellness and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
• Monitor participants’ health and report changes to families or medical professionals
• Collaborate with participants, families, and team members to support overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults
• Participate in daily center activities as needed

• Active RN or LPN license
  in the state of Illinois
• 2+ years of nursing experience
  , ideally in geriatrics, adult day services, long-term care, or similar settings
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with EHR systems and basic computer applications
• CPR and First Aid certification (current or obtained upon hire)

• Ability to lift, assist, and transfer members safely
• Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and moderate physical activity throughout the day
• Must be able to respond effectively in urgent or emergency situations
